3HK eSIMs can be topped up with multiple different packages, providing great versatility, convenience, and value for money to their users.

The first thing to know is that 3HK systems make a clear differentiation between Social data and Roaming (General) Data. All yearly packages will come with a Social Data allowance, which can only be used for specific apps: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Line and WeChat. The Roaming (General) Data allowance can be used for both these social apps and for everything else. 

With this in mind, here are the three rules used by 3HK systems to determine from which bundle balance will be deducted:

• Rule 1: Social Data will be used first (if one of the Social apps listed above is being used)
• Rule 2: The bundle that covers less number of countries will be used first.
• Rule 3: The bundle that expires sooner will be used first.

Rule 1 supersedes Rule 2 and Rule 2 supersedes Rule 3.
