If you are having trouble connecting to the internet with your eSIM after installation on an iOS device, follow this guide.
Go to Settings > Cellular
Verify that the eSIM you have downloaded is turned ON, and that the mobile data is assigned to the same eSIM.
Click on the eSIM plan you installed, to access this screen, then follow the instructions in the infographic.
If you have verified all settings are correct, and still you do not have any connection do the following:
- Verify APN settings, if any were provided to you in the order confirmation.
- Turn Wi-Fi OFF.
- Restart your phone, and wait 10 minutes with WiFi off.
