How do I track my data usage?

Never get caught without a connection. Tracking your data usage with MobiMatter is quick and easy, ensuring you always know exactly how much balance you have left for your journey.

1. Track usage in the MobiMatter app (recommended)

  1. Download the MobiMatter app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Log in with the same email used for your purchase.

  3. Go to Profile → My eSIMs.

  4. Select your package to view real-time usage.

Pro-Tip: Logging into the app not only shows your usage but also allows you to top up your data in just a few taps if you’re running low.

2. The MobiMatter Home-Screen Widget

Perfect for quick, glance-level monitoring.

Track your data at a glance without even opening an app.

  • Setup: Long-press your home screen → Widgets → Choose MobiMatter.

  • Sync: Long-press the widget → Edit Widget → Select your active eSIM package.

  • The widget updates automatically to keep you informed 24/7.

3. Usage Check on the MobiMatter website

  • Visit the Usage Check page 

  • Enter your Order Number and Email to see your remaining allowance instantly.
     

 

Alternative Tracking Methods

  • Provider Short Codes: While most of our packages support real-time tracking, some operators do not integrate directly with our in-app usage check. In these cases, you can check your balance by dialing a specific short code. If your specific package requires this, the instructions and codes will be clearly listed in your Product Description.

  • Device Data Settings: Your smartphone has a built-in data counter that helps identify which specific apps are consuming the most data. While useful for general reference, please note that these device stats may differ slightly from the official provider logs. For the most accurate usage information, always refer to the MobiMatter usage check.
