If you’re experiencing network disconnection, slow speeds, or the eSIM not working as expected, your eSIM may just need a quick network refresh to reconnect properly. Follow the steps below based on your device type.
Network Refresh Steps – iPhone

Preparation
- Turn OFF VPN
- Turn OFF all other SIMs or eSIMs
- Turn OFF WiFi

eSIM Settings
- Open Settings, go to Cellular, and select your eSIM
- Make sure Data Roaming is on
- Tap Voice & Data and choose LTE / 4G
- Make sure Data Mode is set to Standard

APN settings
- In eSIM settings, tap Cellular Data Network
- Verify the APN is set as provided in the product details
- Fill out the same APN in all sections

Manual Network Selection (optional)
- In eSIM settings, tap Network Selection
- Turn off Automatic Selection and choose the best-performing network

Reset
- Restart your phone
- Wait 10 minutes before reconnecting to WiFi
