Samsung: Connection Troubleshooting Guide

If you’re experiencing network disconnection or slow speeds, your eSIM may just need a quick network refresh to reconnect properly. Follow the steps below based on your device type.

Network Refresh Steps – Samsung (Android)

For other Android devices, menu names may vary slightly, but the required settings remain the same.

  1. Preparation
    • Turn OFF VPN
    • Turn OFF all other SIMs or eSIMs
    • Turn OFF WiFi
    • Turn OFF Data Saver mode 
  2. eSIM Settings
    • Open Settings, go to Connections, then Mobile Networks
    • Switch Data Roaming ON and allow all networks
    • Turn off Allow 2G Service
    • Tap Network Mode and select LTE preferred
  3. APN settings
    • In eSIM settings, tap Access Point Names
    • Verify the APN is set and selected as provided in the product details

  4. Manual Network Selection (optional)
    • In eSIM settings, tap Network Operators
    • Turn off Automatic Selection and choose the best-performing network 
      Note: Allowed networks are listed in the product description
  5. Reset
    • Restart your phone
    • Wait 10 minutes before reconnecting to WiFi
