Make sure you are not using a VPN.
Confirm you have a strong and stable internet connection.
Ensure your card supports 3D Secure, as our payment gateway only accepts 3D-secure-enabled cards.
If the transaction appears to have failed, first check whether the order was actually completed by visiting your MobiMatter profile → Order History.
If no order was created, you can safely try the payment again.
In some cases, your bank may temporarily reserve the amount and show it as pending. This is automatically released by the bank if the payment did not complete.
