How to request to delete your data

MobiMatter securely stores your data on servers operated by leading cloud providers in the Netherlands and Germany. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Your account information, profile details, order history, and related data are stored until you choose to delete your account.

Data related to purchases of telecommunications services is retained for at least five years to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

How to delete your account

Option 1 – Via the app or website
Log in using the email address associated with your MobiMatter account.
Navigate to: Profile → Delete My Account.

Option 2 – Via Support
Send an email to support@mobimatter.com from the email address linked to the account you wish to delete.
Your request will be processed within up to 30 working days.

Important:
Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, the same email address cannot be used to register a new MobiMatter account.
