As per our privacy policy - Mobimatter securely stores your data on servers belonging to large cloud computing providers, located in the Netherlands and Germany. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Mobimatter will store your account, profile, order history, and similar data it has obtained from you until you choose to delete it anytime.
Data related to order/purchase of the telecommunications service will be stored for a period of not less than 5 years in order to comply with any lawful inquiry that may come from competent authorities.

Follow one of the two methods below to delete your account.
Through our mobile app
- Log in with the email address associated with the MobiMatter user you wish to delete data for.
- Go to Profile -> Delete My Account
Through our support team
- Send an email to support@mobimatter.com from the email address associated with the MobiMatter user you would like to delete data for.
- We will process your request in up to 30 working days.
Please note that if you wish to delete your account - you will not be able to use this email address again as a MobiMatter user. This is an irreversible operation.
