How to Remove Russia 24 Hours Network Restrictions

Due to recent Russian government regulations, Russian mobile networks apply temporary restrictions for up to the first 24 hours after you connect. During this period, internet access will be blocked.

You can lift these restrictions by completing a verification process. Follow the steps below to remove the 24-hour restriction.

How to unblock the connection

  1. Turn on Mobile Data for your eSIM and ensure Data Roaming is enabled.

  2. Turn off Wi-Fi and VPN, and make sure you are connected to the Beeline network.

  3. You will receive an SMS from Beeline. Open the link:
    https://balance.beeline.ru/authenticateguest/

  4. You should be automatically redirected to Beeline’s verification page.

  5. Click the “Remove Restrictions” button.

  6. Complete the captcha test displayed on the page.

  7. Restart your phone or toggle Airplane Mode once to refresh the connection.

After successful verification, you will receive a confirmation SMS, and your internet should begin working normally.

Please note

  • All visitors are subject to the 24-hour restriction period for Internet and SMS upon arrival to Russia.

  • If you leave the Beeline network for 72 consecutive hours, you will again be subject to a new 24-hour restriction period.
