eSIM Installaiton Guide

Ready to install your eSIM?

You’re just a few steps away from getting connected. Follow the instructions below to complete your eSIM installation quickly and smoothly.

1. Option 1: In-App Installation
   1. Open the MobiMatter app.
   2. Go to My eSIMs.
   3. Select the eSIM you want to install.
   4. Tap Show QR Code / Install eSIM.
   5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
      

2. Option 2: Install Using a QR Code

   If you prefer manual installation, you can scan the QR code using your device settings.

   iPhone Samsung
   1. Go to Settings > Cellular.
   2. Tap Add eSIM.
   3. Select Use QR Code.
   4. Scan the QR code displayed on your other device.
   5. Complete the installation by following the on-screen prompts.

   

   1. Open Settings > Connections.
   2. Tap SIM Manager.
   3. Select Add eSIM.
   4. Choose Scan QR Code.
   5. Scan the QR code and confirm the installation.
