How to Set APN settings on Andriod

If your eSIM requires manual APN configuration, follow the steps below to set up the APN (Access Point Name) on your Android device. 

The required APN details are provided in your product information in the app or in your confirmation email.

Set APN on Android

  1. Open APN Settings
    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Connections
    • Tap Mobile Networks
    • Tap Access Point Names
  2. Add a New APN
    • Tap Add or New
  3. Enter APN Details
    • In Name, enter your provider name (e.g. Sparks, eSIMgo, 3HK)
    • In APN, enter the provided APN code
    • Do not modify any other fields
  4. Save the APN
    • Tap Save
      If Save is not visible, tap the three dots in the top corner and select Save
  5. Select the New APN
    • Tap the circle next to the new APN
    • Make sure the circle turns blue to confirm selection

Once completed, your eSIM should connect to the network within a few moments.
