Yes. Most of our major operator partners support eSIM top-ups, allowing you to add extra data anytime. You can purchase a top-up from the MobiMatter app or at mobimatter.com/topup.
A top-up creates a new package with its own validity period. It does not extend your original package.
How to top up in the app:
Go to Profile → My eSIMs, select the eSIM you want to top up, then tap Top Up.
How to top up on the website:
Go to the Top-Up section, choose a package from the same operator, and enter the order number of the eSIM you want to top up at checkout. Make sure you enter the correct order number.
Do I need to activate the top-up?
No. The top-up attaches automatically. Just continue using your eSIM as normal.
What if my operator doesn’t support top-ups?
If your operator doesn’t offer top-ups — or if you want a plan from a different operator — simply purchase a new package. It will come with a new eSIM profile.
